What does radon mitigation cost in Wisconsin?

Wisconsin DHS estimates a contractor-installed system typically costs $1,000 to $2,000, depending on foundation type, home size, and system design (Wisconsin DHS). Nationally the range runs $800 to $2,500 with an average of about $1,200 (EPA). After installation the main recurring cost is fan electricity, a few dollars a month. Test kits run about $15 to $40. These are published estimates, not quotes and not our prices.

Does that range cover water treatment?

No. It prices an air mitigation system. Radon in well water is a separate job, and aeration treatment runs about $3,500 as a published estimate. The radon in water page covers it.

How fast will someone get back to me?
